World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion becomes day one purchase

Well, for pretty much all WoW players it already was, but if you needed another reason to warrant your hard-earned money then here it is. The Maelstrom which has forever been an unaccessible mystery to all WoW players in the center of the map is now open to players in the Cataclysm beta. Apparently not everyone thought the zone was as epic as it should be and made that apparent on Blizzard's official forums.

Blizzard decided to take these comments to heart and raised the level of epicness to new heights by adding an undead mage named Rock On riding a dinosaur named 'And a Dinosaur' who is riding a shark named Epicus Maximus who sports rocket launchers and a laser beam.
